What helps us answer faster
- What the water is for — irrigation, supply, pressurisation, wastewater;
- where it comes from — borehole, pond, reservoir, mains;
- flow required and the height it has to reach;
- available power supply;
- whether this is a new installation or a replacement.
If you do not have these figures, say so. We go and measure.
Site visits
For anything that needs sizing, we visit before proposing. On the Alentejo coast and Greater Lisbon that is routine; elsewhere in the country we arrange it.
Language
We answer in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Technical documentation — curves, datasheets, certificates — comes from the manufacturers and is usually available in English.
